Our story
People Grow partners with clients on project-based work that aligns people strategy with business goals.
We work with organisations in utilities, local government, higher education, legal, finance, manufacturing and the creative industries.
People Grow is led by its founder and draws on a trusted network of experienced coaches, facilitators and HR specialists, so each engagement gets the right expertise at the right scale. We also work with in-house HR and legal teams when needed.

Meet the founder
Louise Groves
Founder and Director
Louise is an executive coach and HR consultant with more than 25 years' experience in strategic and operational HR roles. Her deepest experience is coaching individuals and teams and building the leadership capability that drives a high-performance culture.
Before founding People Grow, Louise built her career in professional services. She started at KPMG and then spent 11 years at PwC, most recently as Human Capital Director (Relationship Management and Culture). At PwC she led cultural change initiatives and Australia's role in a global career development team, and set up the firm's acclaimed diversity initiative, eQuilibrium.
Louise's style balances challenge and support. She thinks creatively, values curiosity and continuous learning, and has a keen interest in what neuroscience means for leadership. She also mentors students through the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Business and Economics Career Mentoring Program.
